1. Plywood Factory
-Plywood factory must meet the technical standards and operational safety.
-The factory is wide and firm to ensure the production process is continuous in all weather conditions.
-Clearly divided areas ensure high quality plywood production.
-Closed production line from input material to final finished product.

2. Machines used
-Slicing machine
-Drying Machine
-Hot Press Machine
-Cold Press Machine
-Automatic Stacking line
-Trimming and sanding machines
-Types of plywood production machines

3. Plywood manufacturing Process
Plywood manufacturing process usually has 3 main stages, namely:

Stage 1: Harvest Timber
Selection of suitable wood trees (broadleaf or coniferous wood)
Use cutting machine, take the woody part, remove branches and leaves, then transport to the treatment plant
Timber harvesting for plywood production

Phase 2: Timber processing
Woody after being brought back will be soaked in the lake for a certain period of time. This makes it easy to peel and easily crop in multiple sizes.
Wood Treatment after harvest

Phase 3: Plywood Manufacturing
Step 1: Peel and slice wood into each segment according to the size required
Step 2: Wood is inserted into the cutter to form a thin sheet of wood
Step 3: Thin wood panels are put on the line to cut according to the required size and classification.
Step 4: Thin wood panels are inserted into the drying machine to reach the specified humidity
Step 5: Use scan technology to test defects on veneers and to conduct bug fixes.
Step 6: Clean and cover evenly on the sides of the adhesive board, stacking the board stacked according to the thickness required
Step 7: Put the plank into the cold press machine to flatbed and ensure the glue are distributed evenly
Step 8: Take the hot pressed plank in the specified time so that the thin veneers are closely linked together.
Step 9: After hot pressing, the plywood is cooled and put into the trimming and sanding machine to remove the edge, smoothing the surface.
Step 10: Check the quality of the finished product
Sorting and packing wood plywood
After completion of 3 stages, plywood will be packaged as prescribed and stored in stock or distributed to where necessary.

4. Standard plywood Production
-After being dried, the thin sheet of wood is preserved at least 24h and keeps the moisture 6-8%
-Choice of suitable glue. Commonly used glue are protein glue, Urea-formaldehyde glue and Phenol-formaldehyde glue
-Conditions of forced pressure to meet standard
-Strict plywood process, the correct sequence

The true images here hopefully have helped you better understand the production process of industrial wood plywood today. Plywood is not only an economical solution for consumers but also the most economical method in producing high-quality wood planks of enterprises.
